Regular vs. Deep Cleaning: Which One Does Your Denver Home Need?

Regular cleaning is maintenance. It assumes the home is already in reasonable shape and keeps it there: kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms scrubbed, floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting, tidying, trash out. Done weekly or bi-weekly, it means the house never gets far enough behind to feel like a project.

Deep cleaning is a reset. It goes after the built-up stuff a maintenance visit skips: baseboards and door frames wiped by hand, inside the microwave and cabinets, grout and soap scum scrubbed, ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted, and the floor under and behind furniture actually reached. It takes longer and costs more because it does more.

If it's been more than a couple of months since your home had a thorough clean, start with a deep clean. A regular visit on top of built-up grime just moves it around, and you'll be disappointed in the result. Most of our new clients book one deep clean, see the difference, and then move to a regular schedule to keep it that way.

Along the Front Range, dust and tracked-in grit build up faster than people expect, especially in homes near the foothills or with pets. A seasonal deep clean in spring and fall, with regular visits in between, is the rhythm that keeps most Denver homes feeling fresh year-round.

Not sure which you need? Describe the state of the house honestly when you request a quote. We'd rather recommend the right service than sell you the wrong one.
