Ask people which cleaning job they avoid most and you'll hear the same two answers: the inside of the oven and the inside of the fridge. Both are awkward, both take longer than they should, and both are easy to ignore until they can't be. So we include one of them free with every first booking.
For the oven, we remove the racks, soak them, and work the interior by hand with a product suited to your oven type, then clean the door glass inside and out. Self-cleaning ovens still benefit from this: the cycle bakes residue onto the glass and around the door seal, and it doesn't touch the racks.
For the refrigerator, we empty each shelf and drawer in turn, wash the removable parts in the sink, wipe the interior walls and door seals, and put everything back organized by zone. Anything expired goes in a bag for you to decide on, not in the trash without asking.
To choose, think about which one bothers you more right now. If you cook a lot, the oven usually wins. If you have a busy family fridge with spills in the crisper drawers, take the fridge. Either way, tell us when you book so we can plan the time.
After that first visit, both appliances are part of our deep cleaning and move-out checklists, and either can be added to a regular clean whenever you need it.
